  • Yes. The wireless pad supports smartwatches at a dedicated 2.5W charging rate. This is a certified design specification, so a watch charges more slowly than a phone. Center the watch on the pad and allow several hours for a full charge.

  • Reposition it. A watch coil is small and curved, so it must sit centered on the charging area. Remove thick bands or cases, place the watch flat and centered, then wait 30 seconds. A misaligned watch can show a charging icon while barely charging.

  • Mild warmth is normal and expected. Wireless charging transfers energy by induction and some energy is released as heat, especially during longer sessions or in enclosed spaces. The power bank is tested to international safety standards.

  • The wireless pad delivers up to 15W, adjusting automatically to 5W, 7.5W, 10W or 15W based on your device. If you charge two devices at once using the cable ports, wireless output adjusts to 5W to share power safely.

  • Charge in a well-ventilated area and avoid enclosed spaces such as a closed bag, pocket or under bedding. If both the power bank and your device feel warm, unplug and allow 10 to 15 minutes to cool before charging again.
